A personal characteristic analysis system for the organization with cloud computing

Abstract

This project aims to develop a personal characteristic analysis system to find appropriate candidate by matching personal characteristic of candidate with qualifications requirement from recruiter and recommend candidates to recruiter by Recommender systems. Personal characteristic data was generated as curriculum vitae form about 2,000 different forms for analyzing and matching with requirement of candidate. This project develops Web Application for user to specify their requirement. The system will rank candidates for user by giving score of matching between requirement and candidate profile data.
